This morning, Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Tung Lam Development hosted a tourism development seminar “One journey – Two heritages” with the participation of around 30 travel enterprises nationwide at Yen Tu ward. Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, Director of Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired the conference. 

On the sidelines of the meeting, envoys of Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism launched potentials and strengths of Quang Ninh travel, especially two world heritages of Ha Long Bay and Yen Tu monument and relic area. In addition, the units also talked about detailed demands of domestic and foreign markets, for which high-class visitors, as well as suggested growing ways to the Yen Tu monument and relic area. Otherwise, connecting a tour of two legacies will bring an extraordinary and fascinating travel product for tourists in the last year’s occasions and upcoming time.

The conference is one of the solutions realizing the goal of preserving and bringing into play values of the Yen Tu World Cultural Heritage, along with spreading broader Yen Tu image internationally.

In the 4th quarter of 2025, Yen Tu ward is going to be held a festival “Yen Tu – The mediation autumn color” with a drawing succession of cultural, sports and tourism event such as artistic creations about Yen Tu in autumn, photo contests “Autumn in Yen Tu”; poetry and music competitions and performances about Yen Tu; exhibitions of art works on Yen Tu; traditional art programs of the Dao Thanh Y ethnic group… 

In particular, the “Yen Tu Heritage – Touching the Heritage Land” run is scheduled to take place on 15th and 16th November. The race is expected to attract thousands of athletes to participate and experience various activities at Yen Tu.
