Quang Ninh Tourism, Sports and Culture Week – Summer 2026 will take place from April 4 to May 5, 2026. The most significant event will be the opening ceremony of Carnaval Ha Long 2026, which is expected to be held at 8 PM on April 30, 2026, at 30/10 Square, Ha Long Ward.
