On 7th June, 2025, Dam Da district People’s Committee and Bao Nguyen development Investment JSC hosted a ceremony of publishing the Decision of Quang Ninh province People’s Committee on recognizing Da Dung island ecological destination as a provincial tourist attraction.

At the ceremony, Quang Ninh Department of Sport, Culture and Tourism gave Decision No.1256 to the locality. Da Dung Island, a small island in Dam Ha District, boasts a diverse ecosystem, abundant natural resources, and a mild climate year-round, which is a location with great potential for tourism development. The eco-tourism project on Da Dung Island is being seriously and comprehensively researched and implemented by Bao Nguyen Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project centers on preserving the island’s pristine natural values, with architectural and infrastructure planning designed to harmonize with the surroundings. It aims to transform the island into a luxurious, world-class tourist destination that remains close to nature while respecting and conserving the native ecosystem.
