According to the statistics of Vietnam Administration of Tourism, the whole country has 8 provinces that reach their income of over 1000 billion VND in the Tet holiday occasion, in which Quang Ninh province stands 3rd in the list, just behind Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi.

Specifically, Quang Ninh’s tourism revenue in the last Tet holiday occasion was around 2600 billion VND, which is 71% over the same period of 2024. The number of tourists was nearly 970.000 arrivals that increased 21% over the last year.

Quang Ninh’s travel enterprises deployed activities served as best as possible for visitors; as well as ensured the conditions of facility, employee, decoration at accommodations and tourist attractions to create fascinating highlights; organized cuisine, cultural, amusing programs that imbued with national characteristic, making up jubilant and vibrant for travellers.

In the Tet holiday 2025, Vietnam’s tourism industry welcomed roughly around 12.5 million domestic tourists, up about 19% over the same period of last year. Foreign visitors also rose around 30% because of visa policy, recreating the tourist market and the effort of businesses and localities.
