On 26th August, at Bai Chay ward,  Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism hosted a training session of applying AI in the travel business activities in Quang Ninh province. This is the first AI training class that was held by the Department in 2025. This is the first AI training class that was held by the Department in 2025. The training class’s attendants includes managers, officials of Bai Chay, Tuan Chau, Ha Long, Hong Gai, Viet Hung, Cao Xanh va Hoanh wards, along with representatives of the tourism enterprises and Quang Ninh Tourism Association.  

Within the framework of the training course, participants were provided with insights and knowledge by the Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant from Viindoo Technology JSC on digital transformation trends in the tourism sector; the importance of AI, its applications, and hands-on practice of applying AI in tourism business operations.

In the third quarter of 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize five training courses, each with about 200 participants. Among them, two courses will be held in the provincial central area, one in the western area, one in the eastern area, and one in the Co To special zone.
