Sa Vi Propaganda Information Complex is one of Vietnam’s largest national cultural works on the border. Located at Km 0, Sa Vi Cape, Tra Co Ward, Mong Cai City, this Propaganda Information Complex has an area of 16,000m2 with many items, including the main item – a square, a rest place and sight-seeing spots. The main item has outstanding architecture, with a symbol made of eight huge concrete casuarina leaves, pointing straight to the sky and a concrete belt carved with Vietnam’s traditional images and local characteristics.  This is an unique cultural structure that is different from other contemporary cultural structures. Every year, Sa Vy Propaganda Information Complex attracts many domestic and foreign tourists.
