The Quang Ninh Food Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place from November 20 to 24 at Vui Fest Night Market – Sun Marina Ha Long (Bai Chay, Ha Long). Organized on a grand scale under the theme “Quang Ninh – A Destination of Culinary Quintessence”, the festival promises to be a key year-end highlight, drawing thousands of residents and travelers alike.
The festival is expected to feature approximately 150 booths from localities across Quang Ninh Province, alongside various provinces and cities nationwide. Attending the event, visitors will discover a vibrant culinary tapestry featuring hundreds of traditional delicacies, street food delights, unique beverages, and high-quality local OCOP products.
Boasting a spacious and modern setting right at the foot of the lighthouse facing the heritage bay, the venue operates non-stop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily—offering guests the ultimate destination to explore, shop, and savor delicious food from dawn till late evening.
A major highlight of the festival is the opening ceremony on the evening of November 20, featuring captivating artistic acts and unique culinary showcases. Visitors will have the chance to witness firsthand the traditional craft of making authentic Ha Long hand-pounded squid rolls, alongside dynamic mixology demonstrations by professional bartenders.
In addition, specialty tastings and culinary cultural exchanges featuring renowned Quang Ninh delicacies—such as Ba Kich wine, Yen Tu apricot wine, Golden Camellia liquor, and Duong Hoa tea—will serve as the festival’s central highlights. Beyond the culinary experiences, throughout the five-day event, the organizers will continually present street music shows, contemporary art performances, and interactive folk games, creating a vibrant festival atmosphere along the shores of Ha Long Bay.
