On 11st August, Bai Chay ward (Quang Ninh province) had a meeting with VTC NETVIET JSC to research and deploy management solutions and local smart tourism digital transfer. 

In the framework of the meeting, an envoy of VTC NETVIET introduced an intelligent tourism solution that was own-designed for Bai Chay ward – one of the integral sea travel hubs of Quang Ninh. The system aims to address issues such as fragmented data, lack of monitoring and statistical tools, difficulties in controlling the quality of spontaneous services, and insufficient support for tourists and businesses.

The solution integrates various modules, including accommodation, tour and service management; tourist feedback; automated reporting and statistics; event and festival management; VR360 destination experiences; and an AI tourism assistant. Its goal is to modernize tourism management at the grassroots level, foster multi-dimensional connections between tourists, enterprises, and local authorities, and improve service quality. VTC NETVIET also committed to providing comprehensive support, from surveys, system configuration, staff training, trial operations, and adjustments to official deployment, warranty, maintenance, and communication assistance.

According to the information of Bai Chay ward, both sides will continuously cooperate to take the solution into operation as soon as possible (expected on September, 2025), contributing to make Bai Chay turning into a civilized, hospitable and modern destination.
