Carnaval Ha Long 2025 with the theme: “Connecting heritage, pioneer to shine” will take place on 1st May, 2025 at Sun Carnival square and Vo Nguyen Giap route, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city. Along with the opening ceremony and art performances, the event also has superb street dance of Carnaval, performing DJ and high fireworks.

The programme is expected to take place in 90 minutes and direct media at 8:10 PM on 1st May in Quang Ninh province’s Media Center channels, broadcasting a number of television stations in provinces and cities across the country.
