Grand Pioneers cruise of Viet Thuan Transportation Co.,ltd was honored as the best green cruise brand in the world in a row. The World Cruise Awards belong to the World Travel Awards global prestigious system. Before then, Grand Pioneers cruise received World Cruise Awards in 2024. The award is estimated by the tourism specialists and global tourists with the highest standards of the cruise industry, which is given to the renewing, sustainable-developed and high-class service quality brand.

In the first phase of 2025, Grand Pioneers cruise was also hailed as “the fresh luxurious cruise brand in Vietnam” according to the Luxury Lifestyle Awards system. This was the first Vietnam cruise brand recognized by the reward and it affirmed the right ways of Vietnam businesses in building sustainability in designing boats that are friendly with the environment, as well as raising green safety associated with protecting the Ha Long Bay marine environment.

The Grand Pioneers cruise was built to the world’s most advanced shipbuilding standards. It is equipped with a cutting-edge air-conditioning system from Japan that uses seawater for cooling, helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions and boosting energy efficiency by up to 40%. In addition, its main engines and generators—imported directly from Japan—meet strict emission standards, ensuring safe, environmentally friendly operations. The cruise ship is also fitted with an advanced wastewater treatment system from South Korea, guaranteeing that all wastewater is fully treated to required standards before being released into the environment.

Since 2024, it has operated its heritage route connecting Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay. It is now one of the most luxurious and high-quality cruise ships on the bay, highly favored by travelers.
