Even though the New Year 2025 vacation only has one day, tourists from many places who travel to Quang Ninh ramping-up around 20-30% over the normal days. Quang Ninh province’s tourist attractions and entertainment areas attracted a large number of locals and visitors.

At Quang Ninh Museum, tourists arrived at lunch and in the afternoon reached roughly 1500 people, which increased half as much again as the normal days. “We take a day off to take our children to hang out. The museum’s space is very clean, warm and convenient for children. The objects are displayed attractively, which makes them so interesting and exciting.” Ms. Vu Bich Ngoc from Ha Long city said. 

Due to short vacation time, Quang Ninh people also followed in place tourism trends. Nice view, unique-decorated coffee shops appealed to a lot of locals to take memorial photos and relax. With a synchronous infrastructure system, tourist’s movement between localities are quite advantageous and do not take much time. In addition, Quang Ninh also attracted many people from nearby provinces. 

Besides, not only traditional tourist places, but also the rural and experienced travel trends are chosen because of their uniqueness. Beautiful floral gardens and landscapes such as Yen Tu flower valley (Uong Bi city), Cao Son floral garden (Binh Lieu district), Song Hanh flower garden area (Quang Yen town)… were invested in bright flowers and arranged exceptional miniatures that were suitable for people to enjoy.

Some localities organized cultural sports and created entertaining and amusing spaces for tourists. Typically, Quang Ninh Gate tourist attraction, Dong Trieu city and the provincial Business Association held the inauguration of trade and exhibition fair and opening night economic model. This is one of the event sequences greeting the Dong Trieu city’s foundation. The event took place on 30th December, 2024 to 2nd January, 2025 that gripped a thousand locals and travelers.

Along with the domestic traveller market, the international market still brings positive signals. At Bac Luan I customs clearance of Mong Cai international border gate, the figure of people who exit and enter remains around 2000 ones in the morning. 

At Ha Long international cruise port, the foreign delegations such as China, Korea, and Europe were quite crowded. On the first day of 2025, Ha Long Bay welcomed about 10.000 tourist arrivals, which rose 20% over the normal day. Visitors’ top priority mostly concentrated in night-stayed and restaurant cruises on the Bay.
