They also agreed to organize Famtrip and Presstrip delegations, as well as invite Russian KOLs to Quang Ninh to survey tourism services, routes, and destinations. These activities will help promote Quang Ninh’s tourism image and support the development of new tourism products and tour packages tailored to the preferences of Russian visitors.

In particular, Quang Ninh proposed working with the Ural Region Tourism Association to launch charter flights connecting Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk Region) and Van Don International Airport at the earliest opportunity. If implemented, the route will become an important catalyst for increasing tourist exchanges, strengthening trade connectivity, and expanding economic cooperation between Quang Ninh and localities in the Russian Federation in the years ahead.
