Van Don district will hold the Van Don beach Tourism Festival for the first time on 26th to 27th April at Ninh Hai village’s beach, Minh Chau commune. With the theme “Love song of the sea”, it not only promotes the beauty of the island sea region, but also it honors cultural values and unique nature of the local. 

The event will take place on one of the most beautiful beaches of Minh Chau island, which is famed for its white sand, freshwater and surrounded by wild Tram forest. It promises to bear remarkable experiences for tourists in the peaceful scene of Bai Tu Long Bay.

A special highlight of the event is the debut of the song “Van Don Special Zone”, composed by musician Le Dang Ve, which conveys pride and hopes for the development of this land. Alongside this, a series of exciting and vibrant activities such as hands-on experiences, sports, and culinary events will take place, creating memorable highlights to attract tourists for sightseeing, exploration, and relaxation.

The 1st Van Don beach Tourism Festival 2025 marks a beginning of strong growth of island district tourism. With the goal attracting around 2 million tourist arrivals in 2025, for which Quan Lan – Minh Chau islands expect to welcome roughly 400.000 visitors, the event is going to create a crucial impetus to Van Don turning itself into a distinguished destination of Vietnam island tourism. Finally, the image of Van Don as a land rich in cultural identity, blessed with natural abundance, and full of integration potential will be increasingly promoted and widely shared with visitors.
