The event will take place on 29th May to 12nd June, 2025 at the 1st floor, Conference Building – Quang Ninh Museum. When arrive in the displaying space, locals and tourists will be experienced an emotional journey of Vietnam’s ao dai heritage through nation’s historic periods. 

Notably, the exhibition demonstrates collections of traditional ao dai of Vietnam’s 3 regions, throughout historical times; stunning beauty of Hue’s ao dai – the old and charming fashionable capital; lively and valuable objects and pictures of Vietnam’s ao dai. In addition, visitors will be enjoyed interesting and appealing activities such as making Thanh Tien confetti, painting Ong Cong – Ong Tao statues, experiencing traditional tailoring, wearing ao dai & taking commemorative photos.

The opening ceremony will be held at 9:30 AM on May 29, promising a host of captivating experiences. Audiences will enjoy a unique ao dai art performance, interact with artisans, explore traditional cultural spaces, and take part in hands-on activities replicating the work of craft villagers from Hue — all in a heritage-rich setting.
