Starting from 5:00 AM, the event will feature collective activities such as the practice of the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP), cultural performances from Vietnam and India, presentation of commemorative flags to participating clubs, and a beach clean-up to protect the marine environment.

Approximately 1,000 yogis from Yoga Federations, Associations, and Clubs within and outside the province will participate. With the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” the program aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, enhance physical and mental well-being, and strengthen cultural and sports exchanges between Vietnam and India.

The event is being organized with an ensured safety, efficiency, and the humanistic spirit of Yoga. It is not only an occasion for practice and performance, but also a platform to foster solidarity and sharing within the Yoga-loving community. At the same time, it contributes to promoting the image of Quang Ninh as a destination for international-level sports and cultural events.
