On April 30, 2026, the opening ceremony of Ha Long Carnaval 2026 – Shining Wonder of the Era will take place at 30/10 Square (Tran Quoc Nghien road, Ha Long ward), marking the start of the Quang Ninh Culture, Sports and Tourism Week – Summer 2026. The event is expected to welcome around 30,000–50,000 attendees and will be broadcast live on national television channels, promising an exceptional artistic celebration by Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

Before the ceremony, at 4:30 PM on the same day, the festive atmosphere will begin with large-scale parades along major streets, passing through the central areas of Hon Gai and Bai Chay and heading to 30/10 Square, where the main stage of the program is located. The parade will feature 64 colorful model vehicles, including 54 representing localities across the province and 10 carrying dancing artists.The event will gather a wide range of domestic and international artists, professional dancers, circus performers, community performers, and representatives from all walks of life, creating a vibrant and colorful festival scene.

A sophisticatedly staged artistic opening ceremony unfolds through three chapters: “Heritage Symphony”, “Converging Quintessence”, and “Soaring to Shine”, recreating the development journey of the land of Quang Ninh, honoring traditional cultural values, and spreading a spirit of convergence, creativity, and aspiration to rise in the new era.

Through a fusion of diverse artistic languages, integrating music, lighting, choreography, and modern performance technology, the program promises to deliver impressive visual and emotional experiences for audiences.
